Hi Team,
Hope you're doing well.
Could you share the IBIS model of AM62A12AQMSIAMBRQ1 under different temp?(-40oC/25oC/85oC)
Thank you.

Hello Evan Wang,
Thank you for the query and hope you are doing good.

Hello Evan Wang,
I summarized the discussion with the expert below:
Does the current model on TI.com support simulation at different temperatures.
Yes the IBIS models for the IOs should cover the temp range specified below.
Would there be changes in selections of the signal drive or any other parameter required.
No, drive strength selection is independent of temperature.
I am not able to put the query in right way – when simulation is performed – would it be for a specific temperature. Is there a temperature setting that can be used. Please help me understand how the simulation is differentiated between room temperature, high temperature and cold temperature.
One can simulate for different temperatures by simulating “typical”, “minimal” or “maximal” scenarios for a given model selection within the IBIS. These three different scenarios will vary temperature, voltage and process simultaneously.

Hello Evan Wang,
Please refer below additional FAQs for reference
Note: Thank you for the query. I moved the query from internal to public for use by wider audience.
Thank you for the query.

Hi Sreenivasa,
I think we can use the IBIS model we provide in AM62A3 product folder for AM62A12AQMSIAMBRQ1, am I right?
Hello Evan Wang,
Thank you.
The IBIS model is common for AM62A3 and AM62A7.
I think we can use the IBIS model we provide in AM62A3 product folder for AM62A12AQMSIAMBRQ1, am I right?
Correct.
