TDA4VH-Q1: TDA4VH-Q1: Secure Proxy PID

Please confirm this, we can read PID only if the peripheral is UP and running. Is this correct?

I take it that you are talking about the SEC_PROXY_PID register to read the details about the IP revision.

This is a MMR Register, and part of the Module Register space, and so just like with any other peripherals will require the Module to be in ON state to be able to read the register.

Please note that some peripherals are in Always ON domain, and may not need to be powered up specifically, in which case registers should be accessible w/o doing anything.

The SEC_PROXY IP is part of the NavSS IPs (MCU_NAVSS or MAIN_NAVSS), which are part of the corresponding Always-ON LPSCs, so the SEC_PROXY_PID register does not need any powering ON specifically.
