TDA4VEN-Q1: PCIe EP mode device tree configuration

We do not have a dts for EP mode on TDA4VEN. However, the dtso file for J784S4 can be referenced for the devicetree properties to change, while the J722S/TDA4VEN dts file can be referenced for the address offsets. I will link the two dts files that can be referenced to create a new dts for j722s EP mode for convenience:
