TDA4VH: Reading fuses at runtime (KeyRev, MSV)

Part Number: AM69
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TDA4VH

Hi,

I need to implement an API that reads fuse values (e.g., KeyRev, MSV). A concrete use case is a runtime check to determine whether the device has been provisioned.

Is it safe to assume this requires Secure World access (TEE calls), i.e., invoking OP-TEE/SMC interfaces rather than direct register access from the Normal World?

Pointers to concrete code examples for issuing secure calls from:

  • Linux (kernel or userspace), and

  • U-Boot

would be useful.

Thank you
