I've seen the paragraph but there is no info on how result statistics are stored in the output buffer.

Hi Michele,

The information about output format of camera ISP H3A AE/AWE presents in documents under NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) license only and not presents in the public TRM version. I recommend you to contact to some TI's FAE engineer for more details.
