My boss has just given me an AM3359 ICE board:

I am new to this. How do I get code onto the board? CCS? It's not clear or straightforward. I've plugged it into my Win7 machine and it's installed a bunch of devices. Now what?

Not really, guys.

One of the steps after formatting an SD cards is this:

6. Copy the MLO (boot loader) to the formatted SD Card.

Where is this MLO file? In reference to the AM335x SYSBIOS Industrial SDK Getting Started Guide. I have installed CCS and the Industrial SDK.

ICE does not require MLO as we boot from SPI FLASH.

You just need the 'app' file on SD.

Thanks, now I'm getting somewhere.

I assume I don't need the HP SD card formatter, since it simply formats cards as FAT, which many other formatters can do, yes? The HP formatter isn't available any more and while many sources exists, they are quite sketchy.

I have imported the Industrial SDK examples into my CCS workspace and built everything with a few errors. I have some binaries to play with.
