run Starterware applications with ccs V5

Hello,

I have some problems of compatibility between different versions of the tools and the ccs, I 'm working with ccs V5.5 and TMDXICE3359 board, I want to do some  starterware applications but any example works well!
 
Which version  of sys/bios_sdk,  ndk, uia and xdctools do Imust to install?
Can you please explain me what ccs v5 require to run starterware (tools and library)
