The pin map is in Chapter 5 of the data manual and the mechanical data of the package is in Appendix B of the data manual.

RY-san,

Figure 5-1 in the data manual for the 66ak2h12 displays the mechanical package for the part. Figures 5-4 through 5-7 define the signals connected to each pin.

RY-san,

We do not provide the Allegro footprint similar to the one available for the C6747. You may be able to extract that symbol from the Allegro board file for the EVM platform. That board file can be found on the Advantech website at the location shown below.
