About DM8618 cropping

for DM8168 Cropping,the document<<DVR_RDK_ApiGuide>>:

UInt32 SwMsLink_chDyHmpSetInputCrop::cropStartX

ouput crop startX offset, This should be alinged to 16

I want to know if the cropping must as 16x pixels data? for example:the 1400x 1050 be cropped to 4 x 700 x 525,the cropping can do?

Yes cropStartX should be aligned to 16 . Refer this post for SWMS limitation details. Additionally height should be even number.http://e2e.ti.com/support/dsp/davinci_digital_media_processors/f/717/p/248063/868017.aspx#868017

Can you attach the H264 elementary stream for 1400x1050 resolution you are using.We want to try it with DVRRDK decode display demo and confirm the behaviour.

Hi Badri

Thanks so much for your help,and it's diffcult to get a video of 1400x1050.I thinks it has the same problem for D1(720x576).I have no idea if u can get a D1 video,if not ,I will send u one D1.
