some errors about load u_boot with ccs5.0 in first time

Hi,

when I use CCS5.0 to load u-boot firstly, some errors occurs.

platform is my customs DM8148 board , there are four DDR3(K4B1G1646E) .

in my customs board , we change eight  DDR3(width is 8 bit) to four DDR3 (width is 16 bit)  .

can you give me some advices about the erros ?
