[C6655] via diameter

Hi,

My customer needs the same information with the following post to design their HW with C6655.

They want a number for "A" of C6655. Please take a look at the above post. 'A' has been explained in detail.

Could you please let me know your answer for that ?

Hi Ganapathi,

I've already checked mechanical data information. But this does not answer my customer's question.

Here is a snapshot from mechanical data information:

The circle in red indicates the number of min/max ball diameter and this could answer the question... But unfortunately it didn't. What my customer wants to know is the length of internal pad inside a ball. Again, please take a look at the link I mentioned in the previous post. You will find the length "A" is being defined. I would like to know the "A" for C6655.

Hello Kawada,

The C6655 devices belongs to FCBGA package. The "A" for the device C6655 is defined as 0.45mm.

Please refer the below FCBGA package reference guide for more details about packaging.
