insmod syslink.ko FAIL!

I am using MCSDK 1.02, OMAP-L138

when I insmod syslink.ko, I got error message:

syslink: disagrees about version of symbol module_layout
Error: could not insert module /lib/modules/3.3.0/kernel/drivers/dsp/syslink.ko: Invalid module format

What's wrong aboutn?

You need to build the syslink with the booted kernel on board.
Rebuild the syslink with the latest modified kernel source.
Have you rebuild the syslink anytime ?

Ensure that you have used the SYSLINK is new one & just rebuilt one with booted kernel.
How did you insert the syslink ?
through "insmod" or automatic though rc init scripts ?
Where is your kernel source location and used that location for rebuilding syslink on your machine (mentioned in makefile) ?
