Hi all,

I am doing project on ICE_AM3359, I want to know about the PRU.

I searched documents for PRU on ICE_AM3359, but I am getting document only with beaglebone board.

Can anyone help me to get reference design for PRU on ICE_AM3359 with the GEL file?

Hi,

What do you mean by "reference design for PRU"? ICE board schematics or PRU documentation? PRU is documented in section 4 of the AM335X TRM Rev. Thanks for the update.

Sorry, I mean examples(e.g: led toggling with required GEL file) for PRU in ICE_AM3359.

As it is available for beaglebone board.

Hi Varun,
there is currently no such product available publicly. For any POWERLINK solutions on Sitara you may however contact our third Party in Germany called Port GmbH.

Hello Frank,

I have contacted port GmbH, and they do not provide the POWERLINK PRU binaries for the AM335x. port will only provide the POWERLINK stack code and HAL (hardware abstraction layer) to the PRU. Can you please clarify this issue? Thanks.

Hi Frank,

I apologize for any confusion. I am only interested in obtaining the PRU openMAC binaries and not the POWERLINK stack. Can you tell me who is supposed to provide the PRU openMAC binaries? How do I obtain the PRU binaries?

I'll also interested with the openMAC sources code or binaries, do you find any solution with your TI contact ?

I'm surprised to must use a non free third party library to play with network interface from PRU while TI announced his support, in a white paper.
