My customer would like to do the test of USB2.0 eye diagram.

Could AM5728 output test signal for eye pattern? If it is possible, please let me know how to do it.

Thank you for your reply.

I read wiki page that you pointed me out. But I can't find any registers information of AM57xx.
My customer uses WEC7 as OS. I think AM57xx can output eye diagram for testing. Is my understanding right?
If it is yes, I need registers information for USB eye diagram testing.

The DWC registers are protected by NDA so a SW interface for entering the various test modes is provided for the TI-supported OS (as referenced by Biser above). Please have your customer contact their OS provider for information on how to enter USB test mode(s) on that particular OS.
