C6654 GPIO[31:16] configuration

Hi,

I have a question about C6654 GPIO.

We are going to use GPIO[31:16].
In Keystone GPIO user guide(sprugv1), each registers seems it could only configure GPIO[15:0].
I guess each registers bit[15:0] are correspond to GPIO[15:0] and bit[31:16] are reserved.
So, how to configure GPIO[31:16] ?
I guess each registers bit[31:16] are not reserved and it's correspond to GPIO[31:16], is it correct?

Yes. Your understanding is correct.

GPIO user guide needs to be updated for BINTEN register that bit 0 is for Bank 0 (GPIO pins 15:0) and bit 1 is for Bank 1 (GPIO pins 31-16).

So you need to set bit 1 to 1 in BINTEN to enable the GPIO pins 31-16.

GPIO_BITEN = 0x2 ;

Thank you for the reply.

I guess almost all of the register need to be updated(not only BINTEN register).
So, when will the User guide be updated?
