Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AM5728, TPS22965, TPS54531, TPS54320
Hi
My customer will use AM5728.
This devise's 3.3V power requires ±2% voltage accuracy at MAX DC.
There is the description "The DC voltage at the device ball should never be above the MAX DC voltage to avoid ]impact on device reliability and lifetime POH (Power on Hour). The MAX DC voltage is defined as the highest allowed DC regulated voltage, without transients, seen at the ball." in P.164 (3) of AM572x's datasheet.
In Evaluation board, TPS54531 is used as 3.3V power through TPS22965.
But Vout accuracy of TPS54531 is defined ±3.5% in datasheet.
So I think TPS54531 can't implement request of AM572x.
So I think TPS54531 can't implement request of AM572x.
Can I use TPS54531 as AM5728's 3.3V power?
If this devise could use it, could you tell me the reason?
Best regards,
Yokota
