HTTP support in uboot for DM365 based board

Hi,

I am currently working on a DM365 based board(ipnc_rdk_dm36x_5.1_dm368).We need to provide support for http in uboot for firmware upgradation.We have added http related files in uboot/net folder and made certain changes to the related files.But when we try to run http server and try to access the webpage of camera using board ip we are not getting any response.When checked with wireshark it is showing only ARPP requests.We have no idea about this issue.Is there any other modifications needed.

Hi,

If I understand correctly you have updated only u-boot.

Since this is a generic u-boot question I suggest you contact the u-boot community

Hi Nikhil,

You can upgrade the firmware from U-boot using USB interface and it is pretty easy.

Hi Nikhil,

If the server is local, you can setup a tftp loading. If you need remote, you can upgrade it from filesystems(instead of uboot). May I know if there is any specific reason for upgrading from uboot ?
