Hi,

we are running AM335x IBIS model to check Signal Integrity .

we are at a stage to choose buffer type on each pin but we need some clarifications .

Can you please help :

clarify BC50B_*
clarify 5%,10%
provide some detailed descriptions/documents for model naming convention

The model selector references to the IO buffer. Here is how to decode the information:
BC50B : short cut for the name of the IO buffer
PU: Pull-up enabled
PD: Pull-down enabled
PUPDOFF: Pulls disabled
5P: 5% voltage variation
10P: 10% voltage variation
1P8: 1.8V mode
3P3: 3.3V mode

I am not sure if any additional formal doc exists, but if you search for ibis on ti.com, you will find several helpful application notes.
