Hi,

We are using TM4C1294XL launcpad, with CCS V6 and TI-RTOS V2.16. As the example projects are provided by TI our board was up by connecting to the Ethernet and generating the IP.We are trying to ping the same server from the tiva board, but not find any definitions to ping. Can we know is there any definitions to ping ip, if not how to achieve ping.

Raghu,

Ping happens at socket layer so we don't have an API to do this in the transport layer. You can get an idea on how you can do this by looking at conping.c which can be found at:
tirtos_tivac_2_16_01_14\products\ndk_2_25_00_09\packages\ti\ndk\tools\console\conping.c
