TMS320C5517: Confirm whether typo on TRM description

Hi TI Experts,

Please let me confirm the following questions.

According to the TRM on page 791, the FIRQ data type is "Read only". Is this description correct? I think that this bit type is "Read/Write".

    Hi,

    It appears so. Looking at the Initialization sequenc, Section 13.2.12 Initialization of the TRM, it states:
    "7. Program the SPI module to generate an interrupt after a frame of characters has been transferred (FIRQ = 1) or after a single character has been transferred (CIRQ = 1), If you want to use interrupts. The FIRQ and CIRQ bits are located in SPICMD1."

    Unfortunately I don't have a C55x board to validate this. You can use the Submit Documentation Feedback at the bottom right of each page in the TRM to report about this discrepancy.

    I also checked this spec of C5515 device, this bit is R/W.
