5515 power sequencing with EXTERNAL power supplies.

According to the 5515 datasheet, the device does not require a specific power-up sequence.

I would like to CONFIRM that this is similarly true if the device is powered externally and not through the on-chip LDOs.

Yes that is correct. there is no specific power-up sequence when using external regulation on C5515. Please note, that reset must be released after all supplies have reached their operational voltage and, if using CLKIN, that clock inputs are stable.
