Hi, Everyone

I have a question about AM335x.

CortexA8 can read PRU PC ?
I see this 4.5.1.2 chapter of TRM.

I made a Program. but I can not read.
I wanna make sure CortexA8 can read PC of PRU ?

If i should see other register, Please let me know.

Which address are you trying to read? What software is running on the ARM?

--> Our test program is running on ARM and PRU. We would like to monitor the PRU's PC by ARM. Is it possible?

Hi,

The ARM can access the PRU's PC. However, to read the PRU's PC, the following address should be used:

0x4A32_2004 for PRU0

0x4A32_4004 for PRU1

Note, section 4.3.2 (Global Memory Map) of the AM335x TRM lists the offset address for different PRU-ICSS submodules / MMRs, including the PRUn Control MMRs.
