AM5728: IPC questions

I would like to use IPC on AM5728 , I intend to use it linux-rt-4.0.

Requires Linux-sdk and RTOS, should I use Linux-Rt and RTOS?

I read the release 4.0 notes, which introduced IPU do not need to use the CCS , does the SDK contain a toolchain for building IPUMM firmware?

I would like to build PRU-ICSS whether it can also be outside the CCS ?

Do you offer some advice on people who have just come into contact with IPC?
