RTOS/TDA3: Application files to consider when TI-RTOS project configuration file "*.cfg" file had been changed

Gents,

when modification of the central "*.cfg" project file is required even the C/C++ application related source files may need to be re-build (see the RTSC build process attached). Hence, modification of the *.cfg file results in re-build all command.

Can you express/summarize conditions custom specific C/C++ files would not need to be re-build while changes to *.cfg takes place?

In other words, we want to make changes to *.cfg file but do not want to build all application related files again. Do you see risk here?

Thorsten,

Sorry, you have to rebuild all. I'm sure there are items that can be changed in the .cfg that do not require a rebuild all, but we've made no effort to identify them. Such a list would simply be very difficult to accurately maintain.
