I forgot to ask the question, how do I get the unique identification of am335x chip,am335x serial number?

AM335x devices do not have unique serial numbers. They have unique MAC addresses though, if that can be of use to you. Registers are:

mac_id[1:0]_lo and mac_id[1:0]_hi
