AWR1243: Radar System Planner where is it??

the Processor SDK - Radar Version 03.03.00 Release Notes April 2018 contains the following in the section major new features:

Support for Radar System Planner to the documents section for offline analysis of TDA compute and bandwidth requirement

I cannot find this tool where should I be looking??

The System Planner is present in PROCESSOR_SDK_RADAR_03_03_00_00\vision_sdk\docs\Radar\RadarSystemPlanner.xlsx
