Linux: build error: tda2xx_evm_linux_all: Is a directory

Hi Rishabh,
My host pc os is ubuntu 16.04.4 tls, when I run the scripts, error as follow:
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Note, selecting 'zlib1g:i386' instead of 'libz1:i386'
E: Unable to locate package lib32bz2-1.0
E: Couldn't find any package by glob 'lib32bz2-1.0'
E: Couldn't find any package by regex 'lib32bz2-1.0'

Could you give some advise about the build steps and the environment on Ubuntu 16.04

Hi Rishabh,
I followed the steps mentioned in linux user guide, however, the user guide based the ubuntu 14.04.
And my os is ubuntu 16.04, I install the lib32bz2-1.0 failed. Have you build on ubuntu 16.04?

We are building using Ubuntu 14 only.
Some customers have built on Ubuntu 16 as well.
Let me find the details and get back to you.

Hi Tianxing,

Run "setup-linux-build-env.sh" script under "vision_sdk/build/hlos/scripts/linux" folder 

It will download all required components for building linux application

It failed when install lib32bz2-1.0, because my os is ubuntu 16.04. And the user guide based on ubuntu 14.04.

I modified the script file, and installed the components succeed.
However, when I make linux, it failed as follow:
make: *** /home2/houtx/TDA2x_EVM_SDK_03.03.00.00/PROCESSOR_SDK_VISION_03_03_00_00/vision_sdk/apps/configs/tda2xx_evm_linux_all: Is a directory. Stop.

However it failed again.

2. ti_components

I install the sdk again followed the user guide, and recompile the sdk, when I make linux, the failed message as follow:
/home2/houtx/TDA2x_EVM_SDK_03.03.00.00/vision_sdk/apps/configs/autorules_footer_cfg.mk:69: *** CODEGEN_PATH_A15 does not exist! (/home2/houtx/TDA2x_EVM_SDK_03.03.00.00/ti_components/cg_tools/linux/gcc-arm-none-eabi-4_9-2015q3). Stop.

You could install tree ultity, then execute the following command:
$tree -d -L 2 VISION_SDKv3_3, it outputs as that:

BY the way, A15 complier locate under ti_components folder for fix the issue of A15 does not exist!!
