camera driver example code in WINCE AM35X,AM/DM37X version

Is it possible to provide 1~2 camera driver example code including RAW/YUV format like OV3640/OV7670 in WINCE AM35X,AM/DM37X version for customer reference?

The upcoming BSP release will have a camera driver which will support YUV output but not RAW. There will also be a sample DirectShow based capture application in the BSP that will support capture, preview and encode (DM37x only).

Do you mean the upcoming BSP is BSP_WINCE_ARM_A8-1.00.00.15? May I know the camera driver type?

Yes, I meant the BSP_WINCE_ARM_A8-1.00.00.15 release.

What do you mean by camera driver type? The driver is an implementation of the standard WinCE camera driver as specified here:
