Are the 10G Ethernet ports on the 66ak2e05 capable of running at 2.5G and/or 5G as well as 10G? thanks in advance.

Hi John,

Yes, 66AK2E05 is equipped with 10-Gigabit Ethernet (10-GbE) switch subsystem and it is capable to running at up to 10 Gbps.

I looked over the Eyhernet users guide and it states the the ports may be set uo for 10M, 100M, & 1G, or the 10G module may be selected. It does not state that the 10G port may be run a lesser speeds such as 2.5G and 5G.

66AK2E05 is not certified for 2.5GBASE-T and 5GBASE-T standards. It can be used at 10M, 100M, 1G and 10Gbit speeds.
