I am using C6670 for implement reed-muller codes and I could not find document and example code about RSA, RAC and TAC - its big truble for me.

Crypto & security are not discussed on public forums. Also they are supported on certain devices only, see Section 2.8.2.1 Device and Development-Support Tool Nomenclature. Please contact your local field application engineer.
