Linux/TDA2P-ACD: PCIe output reference clock configuration on Linux

Part Number: TDA2P-ACD

Tool/software: Linux

Hi,

We are using custom made board with Linux 4.4.84 (VSDK 3.05). We are using first PCIe controller with 2 lanes (Gen2).

We want to make ljcb_clkp and ljcb_clkn pins as output - 100 Mhz output reference clock. Can you tell us how to do that?

According to TRM it's necessary to set CTRL_CORE_SMA_SW_6 register, bit [17:16] to 0x01. Where this change must be done? In u-boot or somewhere in driver?

Did you test this usecase on Linux? We tried to set this register after boot but there is no clock on output.

Best regards,

Stefan.
