RTOS/TDA2PXEVM: Moving MCAN driver and MCAN module from IPU to A15

Hi,

Currently MCAN driver and MCAN module can only be compiled for IPU processors. But I want to compile them for A15 processor also.

We have been trying to solve it and it will be very helpful is we can get some pointers on the same.
