You can refer to efuse example present in PDK security add on package.

Path: C:\ti\pdk_01_10_03_07\packages\ti\boot\sbl_auto\security\examples\efuse_app\

I have confirmed you mentioned directory.

But I could not find it in normal VisionSDK.

I want to confirm you if we need to get Security package.
