I'm looking for a link to the OMAP-L138 Technical Reference Manual (its probably a few thousand pages), and not the applications processor data sheet (~200 pages). Cannot seem to find it through TI's document search. Thanks.

On the OMAP-L138 Product Folder, you will find a section called User's Guides. On this particular device, there is not 1 Technical Reference Manual, but User's Guides for each peripheral and subsystem.
