Hello,
I'm configuring HE244 hall effect sensor. This sensor needs MCU with current source to work with. So is There any Mcu with current source made by TI. If there is any please mention it.
Thanks.

Hi Mo,
unfortunately in the MSP430 and MSP432 area, we do not have a real current source for sensors. But you could e.g. use one of our MSP430 FRAM derivatives with built-in operational amplifiers, and build up a voltage-current amplifier to drive the sensor.
This could be e.g. MSP430FR2355 and it's sub-derivatives, or MSP430FR2311. Please check the web for further information, on how to use an operational amplifier to implement a voltage to current amplifier.
Best regards,
Peter
Hello Peter,
After some googling i found this controller from analog devices "ADUCM360". This is a controller with current source. So are there any controllers from any families(Not just MSP family ) made by TI can give the same behavior ?
Thanks.
Hello Mo,
what TI offers in this area, are e.g. the PGA900 devices
These contain M0 core and are dedicated to sense e.g. ratiometric sensors.
Best regards
Peter
Hello Mo,
the other point to mention, as you indicated wanting to address Hall sensing, TI offers a variety of intelligent Hall sensor devices.
Best regards
Peter
