TDA4VM: A72 LBIST

Hello,

We are using ARM72 core on TDA4V processor (QNX). We want to perform LBIST diagnostic on this core.

My question is - Is it possible to do that directly from A72 or this can be done only from MCU domain (R5F)?

Hi Nevena,

Typically LBIST would be run by the boot-loader before loading the SW image on the A72.

The act of running LBIST is intrusive, so in regards to running it from the A72, would need to understand the use-case and requirement more clearly.
