AM3352: AM3352BZCZ60 RAM Change

Hello Team

My customer is using AM3352BZCZ60 with 2Gb DDR3(8bit Bus)×2 as RAM. They would like to change the memory to 4Gb DDR3 (16bit Bus)×1. Can they use the MPU settings for DDR configuration with no change? Please ignore any settings related to bus timing.

Satoshi, ideally you would need to obtain a new configuration using the AM335x EMIF tool https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/sprack4

There are a few parameters that change with DDR density, and some PHY delays will change because of the topology difference. They can compare the two outputs of the EMIF tool to get the exact differences
