AM3352: DDR3 compatible memory part numbers

Part Number: AM3352

My customer has been using DDR3-1333 ISSI ref IS43TR16640B-15GBLI on their prototype with AM3352 (1Gb = 16 * 64M).

 They need to qualify other sources and validate DDR3-1833.

Can you confirm Sitara AM3352 compatibility with DDR3-1833 and particularly with following memories:

IS43TR16640C-107MBLI                ISSI

W631GG6MB11I                            WINBOND 

NT5CB64M16GP-EKI                      NANYA

    Hi Eric, sorry, but we do not make device recommendations.  It is up to the customer to determine compatibility.  With that said, most DDR devices are JEDEC compliant and generally speaking, faster speed grade devices are compatible at lower speeds.  The customer should contact the DDR vendor to verify.
