CCS/AM3352: No response from processor in UART0 and USB0. Jtag IR test and DR test successful but cannot upload program

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

We have designed a custom board using AM3352, the hardware architecture is similar to Beaglebone black.
Rigg is completed and the problem is that it doesn't respond while connecting to PC using USB0 also No response in serial connection through UART0.
We tried with jtag, jtag connection comes out successful.

Can you please review the schematic ? and let us know what the problem is ?. Even though jtag connection test ends successful, We are not able to upload program using staterware library to blink an LED.
Power we are providing is 5v 2amps in VDD.  MINION_V2-1 (1)-10.pdf
