I can see in release note  APPE HAL is available  :  how can I use it ?  

how to enable it ?

do I need any licensing etc  ?

    Hi, Carlo,

    In order to start using the APPE HAL, please refer to the User Guide that comes with the Radio & Audio package.  You already have access to this package (we gave you access to this package on July 10, 2018, so you should have gotten an email about it that day).
