SDI is based on 10-bit or 20-bit data format ; but DM8168 video input port is based on 8-bit or 16-bit data format. Can I connect a SDI receiver (10 or 20 bit parallel data) directely to the VIP of DM8168 by simply skipping the two LSB ?
