cannot type on serial console(teraterm).

I tried to test project which is C:\ti\pdk_c6670_1_1_2_6\packages\ti\platform/evmc6670l/platform_test.

I use evm6618, I connect evm and labtop with serial cable.

Then I build and run the project , ccsv5.4 show console message "type 10 characteristic on serial console"

But I cannot type anything on serial console "Teraterm".

What should I do to type on serial console and take this value to my ccs console??

1. Do you use evm6618 or evm6678?

2. Please refer the README.txt file to run platform_test. (\pdk_C6670_1_1_2_6\packages\ti\platform\evmc6670l\platform_test\README)

2. I try to follow README file.

I set test_uart = 1 in testconfig/platform_test_input.txt

My serial USB cable use COM3, so I select serial port as COM3.(I use ATEN USB cable)

Also I set teraterm 'Bits per sec' as 115200.

But it doesn't work. How can I input value in the serial console??

Hi Jessie,

TCI66xx devices such as TCI6618 are supported directly through Local Field Applications Engineers (FAEs.) These devices are not supported on the E2E forum. Please contact your local FAE for support of these devices. If you are not sure who your local FAE is, then please contact your local technical sales representative and they will be able to put you in contact with your local FAE.
