DM8127 invalid semaphore handler

Environment:
-   IP camera with DM8127
-   firmware version 3.5

When I flash the camera with ver_3.5 (low power and full feature) I got the message:

TimeOut occure in boot_proc.
Program exit.
ApproDrwExit: 7
Error: WaitStreamReady Fail.
Error: SemWait: Invalid Semaphore handler

Where is the problem? How to solve this?

p.s. I did not change the source code of the firmware
