Dear community,

I have been using the DSK6713 on CCS 3.3 in my lab for quite some time. Now I had to change to CCS6.

Could anyone please provide me with a working Audio loopback example using CSL (EDMA, MCBSP, ...) project for the CCS6 using DSK6713 from Spectrum Digital?

I have tried to make one project work (I can send the ZIP File if you want), it compiles without errors or warnings, but when I load it in the debugger, it does not work (it runs, but there is no audio). It seems the interrupt is not working, so perhaps the CDB configuration is off.

Please help me if you can, I need this for my upcoming lectures!

Could you attach the both project files here ie working (CCSV3.3) not working (CCSv6)

Thanks for your post.

I think, you could download c6x CSL which provides an API for configuring and controlling the DSP on-chip peripherals as below:

After downloading sprc090, please see 'Readme.txt" and Releasenote from the below path:

~\ti\sprc090

After installing the C6000 .exe from sprc090, you could see the CSL McASP audio example project as below:

~\ti\CSL_C6713\examples\c6000\dsk6713\csl\mcasp\mcasp1.pjt

You can import the legacy CCSv3.3 .pjt and migrate it to CCS eclipse project (.ccsproject) & import it.

otherwise, please find attached the CSL_C6713.zip file where in which, you could see the McASP audio example project from the above ccs project path.

Also, there is a c6713 audio minimal example for DSK6713 and kindly download the same from the below link:

Dear Christian,

I had the same problem. Everithing seems to work OK but the interruption routine was only reached once. Finally the problem was solved including the initialization file o dsk6713.gel in DSK6713TargetConfiguration.ccxml . This is a script file that controls the initialization of the target hardware.

I include a functional project in CCS6+dsk6713+interrupts
