I want to access some SRAM and other parallel bus through a FPGA, and I want to use GPMC to interface to FPGA. Should I have the GPMC_DIR if I use AD mode or AAD mode.
TRM rev 2/2015 page 524 Figure 7-3 shows we don't need it, but page 537 Figure 7-9/10/11 suggest we need it. I check the ICE design, it looks like DIR is not used.
It is quite confusing.
