How to boot 16Gb NAND with AM335x?

Hello,

Our device's configuration is AM3352BZCZA100 - MT29F16G08ADACAH4-IT:C  (1.0GHZ CPU ve  16Gb NAND)

But with this configuration, AM335x cannot not achieve to boot via NAND. (Cannot find MLO and U-Boot). By the way, continuously "CCCC..." characters seem on the console screen.

Flow work;

1 - The verification as Hardware : If we replaced the NAND as MT29F4G08ABADAH4-IT:C (4Gb), the device is working properly.

2 - The verification as Software :

a- If we upload MLO and U-Boot to RAM via serialboot (X/Y modem), the device is working properly but if we upload the firmware from RAM to NAND and if we restart the device, it cannot boot again. By the way, continuously "CCCC..." characters seem on the console screen.

b- If we read the writing datas again from the unbootable NAND via XDS100 JTAG programmer, we can confirm the MLO and U-Boot in the correct address and the correct format.

According to AM335x datasheet that supports 16Gb NAND, That is why this problem happen? Could you please help us about this issue?

Thanks with Best Regards,
