Is there a preferred methodology for reading the die temp of the AM4376?

Jay,

The AM43XX processor series has two die temperature sensors, but we do not publicly expose these features today.

Rogerio,

Good point - I immediately thought about ways to read the die temp directly, but an indirect method using either the package temp and/ or board temp in conjunction with the thermal coefficients could work too. AM43XX thermal coefficients are found in Table 5-8 of the data sheet ("Thermal Resistance Characteristics").
