Champs,

I am asking this for our customers.

Do we have the ESD rating (HBM, CDM) of TMS320C6205DZHKA200?

In other MCU like C2000, we have that data in the datasheet.

But I do not see it in C6205 datasheet.

Would you please show us the data?

    This is a very old device with the initial datasheet coming out in 1999 . Newer devices do have this captured in the datasheet .
    If it is not in the product folder, I doubt there is an easy way to find this.

    I will check with quality and PE if there is any archive.

    Hi Wayne

    I have sent a request to product engineering and quality team, but please expect delays as this week several people are out of office as it is the Thanksgiving week in US. 

    I would also like to re highlight that I am not very hopeful that there is any data archive on this. If the online documentation does not have the details, we likely do not have anything that can be shared/published. However , I will confirm that once I hear back from PE & Quality

    The Quality & Support team was notified and they are recommending you file a request via the following online form

    www.ti.com/.../webform.tsp

    This will allow them to follow up appropriately. They did re-iterate that given the data is not in the datasheet and given the maturity of the device there is no guarantee any data will be found . If the data is not available, they will provide the guidance on the response to be provided to your customer.

    I will be marking this thread as TI thinks resolved, as apps is no longer following this. If you run into any issues submitting the request or getting a response back, feel free to ping me.
