· 4 core operation

Power is not being shared at this time. A release date for the AM65x PET is not yet set but an update on the status will come closer to the end of the year.

What is the available budget for power?
Target end equipment?
Can AM57x or 66AK2G12 be considered for this application?

It seems that their power consumption is targeted to the following.
・active max
　9.5W or less
・suspend
　16.5 mW or less
Is heatsink necessary for AM654x, AM652x?
We also introduced AM57xx and K2G, but it was useless under the conditions of 64 bit ARM and DDR4.

AM654x would be able to meet the 9.5 W SoC power target. It depends on use cases, thermal system design and environment conditions, but a cooling system would be required if processor power goes up beyond 2 to 3 W range.
