Hello

We are using AM3354ZCZ with PMIC TPS65910A3A1RSLR in our new design.

Some times we have observed that PMIC_POWER_EN is not generated by Sitara AM3354 processor after power on.

We have checked VDDS_RTC and it is generated properly at 1.8v.

Pls let us know why the PMIC_POWER_EN is not generated after VDSS_RTC.

That would possible if the RTC domain is disabled. What is RTC_PORz connected to?

RTC_PORZ is pull up to VRTC (1.8v).
This problem has been observed only some board in same production lot. So it is intermittent problem.
Pls advice where we can dig more to resolve this issue?

With RTC PORz connected to VRTC, there is a chance the RST is released too soon before the VRTC voltage and 32k clock is 100% stable. For the failing boards, test if the board can power on normally but with a delay in the RTC_PORz release. The RTC PORz can be connected to the main PORz if the RTC is not needed when the device is powered off.
